First Notice – The SUNY Trustees have received the following renewal application:

Elmwood Village Charter Schools, an education corporation operating more than one charter, seeks to renew its authority to operate the following charter school:

• Elmwood Village Charter School Days Park is located at 40 Days Park, Buffalo, NY 14201 in Buffalo City School District and chartered to serve 450 students in grades K-8 for the 2024-25 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school seeks a two-year renewal of the charter commencing July 1, 2025, to align its charter with the other school under the education corporation.  According to the renewal application, the school will continue to serve 450 students in grades K-8.
