Roosevelt Children's Academy Charter School was created by members of the Roosevelt community that felt a great need for a public education alternative. The Focus of the Academy is on the core skills of reading, language, writing and mathematics. The Academy is organized to provide an extended day, a high degree of individualized instruction, and an innovative research based academic curriculum. Staff and students will view themselves as self reflective and continuous learners. Parents will view themselves as partners in their child's education. Roosevelt Children's Academy is a school rich with tradition and a school developing a history of academic excellence.
