Achievement First Crown Heights Charter School

First Notice – The SUNY Trustees, in the capacity as a charter authorizer, have received the following renewal application:

Achievement First Crown Heights Charter School is located at 790 East New York Avenue, Brooklyn, New York 11203 and 1485 Pacific Street, Brooklyn, New York 11216 in Community School District 17 and chartered to serve 1,304 students in grades K-12. The school seeks a two year renewal of the charter commencing July 1, 2023 to align its charter with other schools under the education corporation. According to the renewal application the school will serve 1,454 students in grades K-12.

The SUNY Trustees, or their designees, the SUNY Charter Schools Committee, anticipate consideration of this application as soon as November 1, 2022.  The Institute would welcome any comments you might wish to provide.
