First Notice – The SUNY Trustees, in the capacity as a charter authorizer, have received the following renewal application:

Bronx Charter School for Better Learning is located at 3740 Baychester Avenue, Bronx, New York 10466 in Community School District 11 and chartered to serve 550 students in grades K-5. The school seeks a five year renewal of the charter commencing August 1, 2023. According to the renewal application the school will serve 542 students in grades K-5.

The SUNY Trustees, or their designees, the SUNY Charter Schools Committee, anticipate consideration of this application as soon as November 1, 2022.  The Institute would welcome any comments you might wish to provide.
