Second Notice – The SUNY Trustees, in their capacity as a charter authorizer, approved the following renewal application:
DREAM Charter School, an education corporation operating more than one charter, sought to renew its authority to operate the following charter school:

- DREAM Charter School is located at 1991 Second Ave., New York, NY 10029, 439 East 115th New York, NY 10029, and 321 East 111th St., New York, NY 10029 in Community School District 4 and chartered to serve 886 students in grades K-12. The school sought a one year renewal of the charter commencing July 1, 2023 to align its charter with other schools under the education corporation. According to the renewal application the school will serve 958 students in grades K-12. The SUNY Trustees: 1) received the renewal application on or about August 15, 2022; and, 2) approved the renewal on December 15, 2022.
Please take further Notice that the SUNY Trustees have or will send the proposed renewal to the New York State Board of Regents for approval or action consistent with the New York Charter Schools Act of 1998.
