First Notice – The SUNY Trustees have received the following revision request:
Success Academy Charter School – Bronx 3 is located at 1000 Teller Avenue, Bronx, NY 10456 in Community School District (“CSD”) 9, 965 Longwood Avenue, Bronx, NY 10459 in CSD 8, and 509 West 129th Street, New York, NY 10027 in CSD 5 and is chartered to serve 1,968 students in grades K-11 in the 2023-24 school year growing to serve 2,148 students in grades K-12 by the 2027-28 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requests an enrollment decrease to serve 1,798 students in grades K-11 for the 2023-24 school year growing to serve 1,823 students in grades K-12 by the 2027-28 school year.
The SUNY Trustees, or their designees, the SUNY Charter Schools Committee, anticipate consideration of this request as soon as June 14, 2023.
