Success Academy Charter School – Bushwick

First Notice – The SUNY Trustees have received the following revision request:

Success Academy Charter School – Bushwick is located at 139 Menahan Street, Brooklyn, NY 11221 in Community School District 32 and is chartered to serve 456 students in grades K-4 for the 2023-24 school year through the 2025-26 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requests an enrollment increase to serve 595 students in grades K-4 in the 2023-24 school year growing to serve 625 students in grades K-4 by the 2025-26 school year.

The SUNY Trustees, or their designees, the SUNY Charter Schools Committee, anticipate consideration of this request as soon as June 14, 2023.  The Institute welcomes any comments you may wish to provide.
