First Notice – The SUNY Trustees, in the capacity as a charter authorizer, have received the following renewal application:
Success Academy Charter School – Hell’s Kitchen is located at 439 West 49th Street, New York, New York 10019 in Community School District 2 and chartered to serve 415 students in grades K-4. The school seeks a five year renewal of the charter commencing August 1, 2023. According to the renewal application the school will serve 399 students in grades K-4.
The SUNY Trustees, or their designees, the SUNY Charter Schools Committee, anticipate consideration of this application as soon as November 1, 2022.
