Lamad Academy Charter School

First Notice – The SUNY Trustees received the following revision application:

• Lamad Academy Charter School, located at 1060 Clarkson Avenue, Brooklyn, New York 11212 in Community School District 18, is chartered to serve 225 students in grades 6-8 for the 2026-27 school year through the 2029-30 school year, the final year of the current charter term  The school requests an enrollment revision to add an elementary and high school program starting in the 2027-28 school year with 150 students in grades K-1 and 75 students in grade 9 growing to serve a total for a total of 600 student in grades K-3 and 6-11 for the 2029-30 school year.

The SUNY Trustees, or their designees, the SUNY Charter Schools Committee, anticipate consideration of this application as early as March 3, 2026.
