Open Meetings Law Guidance Update for July 15, 2022
On July 14, 2022, Governor Hochul signed Executive Order 11.8 extending the current state disaster emergency caused by COVID-19. This will extend the Open Meetings Law videoconferencing flexibility period through August 13th. For more information, please see the March 31st update on the topic.
