Reporting Requirement: Annual Report

An Annual Report is required by statute and governed by regulations promulgated by the State Education Department (SED). The report is due each year on August 1^st and submitted directly through the State Education Department. Audited financial statements for the preceding year, a component of the Annual Report, is due directly to the Institute only by November 1^st.

Please note the Charter Schools Act requires charters to post each component of the Annual Report (i.e. the SED submission, Accountability Plan Progress Report, and Audited financial statements) on the charter’s website as each component becomes available.
