Final Notice – The following charter revisions have been approved by operation of law.

Success Academy Charter Schools – NYC, an education corporation with the authority to operate more than one school, requested the following enrollment revisions:

  • Success Academy Charter School – Bed Stuy 1 is located at 70 Tompkins Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11206 in CSD 14 and is chartered to serve 545 students in grades 5-10 for the 2023-24 school year, growing to serve 640 students in grades 5-12 by the 2025-26 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requested an enrollment increase to serve 856 students in grades K-1 and 5-10 for the 2023-24 school year and 1,540 students in grades K-3 and 5-12 by the 2025-26 school year.
  • Success Academy Charter School – Bed Stuy 2 is located at 211 Throop Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11206 in CSD 14 and is chartered to serve 501 students in grades K-4 for the 2023-24 school year and 336 students in grades K-4 by the 2026-27 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requested an enrollment revision to serve 468 students in grades K-4 in the 2023-24 school year and 466 students in grades K-4 by the 2026-27 school year.
  • Success Academy Charter School – Bed Stuy 3 is located at 787 Lafayette Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11221 in CSD 16 and is chartered to serve 334 students in grades 5-8 for the 2023-24 school year and 254 students in grades 5-8 by the 2025-26 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requested an enrollment increase to serve 340 students in grades 2 and 5-8 for the 2023-24 school year and 565 students in grades K-3 and 5-8 by the 2025-26 school year.
  • Success Academy Charter School – Bensonhurst is located at 99 Avenue P, Brooklyn, NY 11204 in CSD 21 and is chartered to serve 445 students in grades K-4 for the 2023-24 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requested an enrollment increase to serve 802 students in grades K-4 for the 2023-24 school year.
  • Success Academy Charter School – Bergen Beach is located at 1420 East 68th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11234 and 3109 Newkirk Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11226, both in CSD 22, and is chartered to serve 735 students in grades K-8 for the 2023-24 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requested an enrollment increase to serve 1,344 students in grades K-8 for the 2023-24 school year.
  • Success Academy Charter School – Bronx 1 is located at 339 Morris Avenue, Bronx, New York 10454 in CSD 7 and is chartered to serve 596 students in grades K-4 for the 2023-24 school year through the 2024-25 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requested an enrollment revision to serve 596 students in grades K-6 for the 2023-24 school year and 596 students in grades K-7 by the 2024-25 school year.
  • Success Academy Charter School – Bronx 2 is located at 450 St. Paul’s Place, Bronx, NY 10456 and 270 East 167 Street, Bronx, NY 10456, both in CSD 9, and is chartered to serve 1,426 students in grades K-8 for the 2023-24 school year and 1,054 students in grades K-8 for the 2024-25 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requested a one-year enrollment decrease to serve 1,064 students in grades K-8 for the 2023-24 school year.
  • Success Academy Charter School – Bronx 3 is located at 1000 Teller Avenue, Bronx, NY 10456 in CSD 9, 965 Longwood Avenue, Bronx, NY 10459 in CSD 8 and 509 West 129th Street, New York, NY 10027 in CSD 5 and is chartered to serve 1,968 students in grades K-11 in the 2023-24 school year growing to serve 2,148 students in grades K-12 by the 2027-28 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requested an enrollment decrease to serve 1,798 students in grades K-11 for the 2023-24 school year and 1,823 students in grades K-12 by the 2027-28 school year.
  • Success Academy Charter School – Bronx 4 is located at 885 Bolton Avenue, Bronx, NY 10473 in CSD 8 and is chartered to serve 445 students in grades K-4 for the 2023-24 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requested an enrollment increase to serve 756 students in grades K-4 for the 2023-24 school year.
  • Success Academy Charter School – Bushwick is located at 139 Menahan Street, Brooklyn, NY 11221 in CSD 32 and is chartered to serve 456 students in grades K-4 for the 2023-24 school year through the 2025-26 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requested an enrollment increase to serve 595 students in grades K-4 in the 2023-24 school year and 625 students in grades K-4 by the 2025-26 school year.
  • Success Academy Charter School – Far Rockaway is located at 10-45 Nameoke Street, Queens, NY 11691 in CSD 27 and is chartered to serve 922 students in grades K-8 for the 2023-24 school year and 712 students in grades K-8 by the 2025-26 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requested an enrollment revision to serve 804 students in grades K-8 for the 2023-24 school year and 813 students in grades K-8 by the 2025-26 school year.
  • Success Academy Charter School – Flatbush is located at 15 Snyder Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11226 in CSD 17 and is chartered to serve 454 students in grades K-4 for the 2023-24 school year through the 2025-26 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requested an enrollment increase to serve 650 students in grades K-4 for the 2023-24 school year and 655 students in grades K-4 by the 2025-26 school year.
  • Success Academy Charter School – Fort Greene is located at 700 Park Avenue, Brooklyn, New York 11206 in CSD 14 and is chartered to serve 296 students in grades K and 5-8 for the 2023-24 school year, growing to serve 552 students in grades K-8 for the 2026-27 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requested an enrollment decrease to serve 126 students in grades K-1 for the 2023-24 school year and 538 students in grades K-4 for the 2026-27 school year.
  • Success Academy Charter School – Harlem 1 is located at 34 West 118th Street, New York, NY 10026, 215 West 114th Street, New York, NY 10026, both in CSD 3, and 111 East 33rd Street, New York 10016 in CSD 2 and is chartered to serve 2,095 students in grades K-12 for the 2023-24 school year growing to serve 2,375 students in grades K-12 by the 2025-26 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requested an enrollment decrease to serve 1,795 students in grades K-12 for the 2023-24 school year and 1,807 students in grades K-12 by the 2025-26 school year.
  • Success Academy Charter School – Harlem 2 is located at 144 East 128th Street, New York, NY 10035 in CSD 5 and is chartered to serve 433 students in grades K-4 for the 2023-24 school year, growing to serve 658 students in grades K-7 by the 2026-27 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requested an enrollment decrease to serve 311 students in grades K-4 for the 2023-24 school year and 333 students in grades K-4 by the 2026-27 school year.
  • Success Academy Charter School – Harlem 6 is located at 461 West 131st Street, New York, NY 10027 in CSD 5 and is chartered to serve 110 students in grades 4-5 for the 2023-24 school year, growing to serve 340 students in grades 5-8 for the 2026-27 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requested an enrollment revision to serve 247 students in grades K-1 and 4 for the 2023-24 school year and 425 students in grades K-4 for the 2026-27 school year.
  • Success Academy Charter School – Hudson Yards is located at 500 West 41st Street, New York, NY 10036 in CSD 2 and is chartered to serve 367 students in grades K-4 for the 2023-24 school year through the 2026-27 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requested an enrollment increase to serve 465 students in grades K-4 for the 2023-24 school year and 464 students in grades K-4 by the 2026-27 school year.
  • Success Academy Charter School – Prospect Heights is located at 801 Park Place, Brooklyn, NY 11216 in CSD 17 and 700 Park Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11206 in CSD 14 and is chartered to serve 342 students in grades K-4 for the 2023-24 school year through the 2026-27 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requested an enrollment decrease to serve 271 students in grades K-4 for the 2023-24 school year and 282 students in grades K-4 by the 2026-27 school year.
  • Success Academy Charter School – Rosedale is located at 147-65 249th Street, Queens, NY 11422 in CSD 29 and 109-55 128th Street, Queens, NY 11420 in CSD 28 and is chartered to serve 1,077 students in grades K-10 for the 2023-24 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requested an enrollment revision to serve 1,216 students in grades K-8 for the 2023-24 school year.
  • Success Academy Charter School – South Jamaica is located at 120-27 141st Street, Jamaica, NY 11436 in CSD 27 and is chartered to serve 369 students in grades K-4 for the 2023-24 school year through the 2025-26 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requested an enrollment increase to serve 515 students in grades K-4 for the 2023-24 school year and 514 students for the 2025-26 school year.
  • Success Academy Charter School – Springfield Gardens is located at 132-55 Ridgedale Street, Queens, NY 11413 in CSD 29 and is chartered to serve 1,025 students in grades K-8 for the 2023-24 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requested an enrollment decrease to serve 990 students in grades K-8 for the 2023-24 school year.
  • Success Academy Charter School – Upper West is located at 145 West 84th Street, New York, NY 10024 in CSD 3 and 439 West 49th Street, New York 10019 in CSD 2 and is chartered to serve 885 students in grades K-8 for the 2023-24 school year growing to serve 890 students in grades K-8 by the 2025-26 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requested an enrollment increase to serve 1, 234 students in grades K-8 for the 2023-24 school year and 1,190 students in grades K-8 by the 2025-26 school year.
  • Success Academy Charter School – Washington Heights is located at 701 Fort Washington Avenue, New York, NY 10040 in CSD 6 and 461 West 131st Street, New York, NY 10027 in CSD 5 and is chartered to serve 925 students in grades K-6 for the 2023-24 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requested an enrollment decrease to serve 762 students in grades K-6 for the 2023-24 school year.

The SUNY Trustees: 1) received the revision applications on or about May 1, 2023, 2) approved the revisions on October 12, 2023, and 3) the revisions were approved by operation of law on or about February 28, 2024.
