Second Notice – The SUNY Trustees have approved the following charter revision.

Zeta Charter Schools – New York City, an education corporation with the authority to operate more than one school, requested the following revision:

• Zeta Charter School – New York City 7, to be located in CSD 25, is chartered to serve 180 students in grades K-1 growing to serve 529 students in grades K-5 by the 2029-30 school year, the last year of the current charter term.  The school requested an enrollment revision to serve 30 students in grades K for the 2025-26 school year growing to serve 448 students in grades K-4 by the 2029-30 school year due to facility availability. The SUNY Charter Schools Institute, as the SUNY Trustees’ designee: 1) received the revision application on or about April 15, 2025, and 2) approved the revision application on June 26, 2025.
