First Notice – The SUNY Trustees received the following revision application:

• Success Academy Charter Schools – NYC, an education corporation with the authority to operate more than one school, requests the following revisions:
  • Success Academy Charter School – Bed Stuy 2, located at 211 Throop Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11206 in Community School District (“CSD”) 14, is chartered to serve 466 students in grades K-4 for the 2026-27 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requests an enrollment increase to serve 637 in grades K-5 for the 2026-27 school year.
  • Success Academy Charter School – Bed Stuy 3, located at 63-57 Fresh Pond Road, Ridgewood, NY 11385 and 787 Lafayette Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11221 in CSDS 24 and 16, respectively, is chartered to serve 597 students in grades K-3, 5-8 for the 2026-27 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requests an enrollment increase to serve 649 students in grades K-8 for the 2026-27 school year.
  • Success Academy Charter School – Bronx 1, located at 339 Morris Avenue, Bronx, NY 10451 in CSD 7, is chartered to serve 780 students in grades K-8 for the 2026-27, school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requests an enrollment decrease to serve 378 students in grades K-4, as the middle school students will be served Success Academy Charter School – Norwood.
  • Success Academy Charter School – Norwood, located 268 East 207th Street, Bronx, NY 10467 in CSD 10, is chartered to serve 633 students in grades K-4 for the 2026-27 school year, the final year of current charter term. The school requests an enrollment increase to serve 1,333 students in grades K-8 accommodating the middle school students from Success Academy Charter School – Bronx 1.
  • Success Academy Charter School – NYC 6, located at 760 East Gun Hill Road, Bronx, NY 10467 in CSD 11, is chartered to serve 159 students in grades 1-3 for the 2026-27 school year growing to serve 236 students in grades 1-4 by the 2028-29 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requests an enrollment increase to serve 489 students in grades 1-4 for the 2026-27 school year growing to serve 489 students in grades 1-4 by the 2028-29 school year.
  • Success Academy Charter School – NYC 7, located at 124 Eames Place, Bronx, NY 10468 in CSD 10, is chartered to serve 208 students in grades K-3 growing to serve 280 students in grades K-4 by the 2028-29 school year the final year of the current charter
    term. The school requests an enrollment increase to serve 342 students in grades K-4 for the remainder of the charter term.
  • Success Academy Charter School – NYC 12, 2169 Blackrock Avenue Bronx, NY 10472 in CSD 8, is chartered to serve 219 students in grades 5-7 growing to serve 292 students in grades 5-8 by the 2028-29 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requests an enrollment increase to serve 470 students in grades 5-7 for the 2026-27 school year growing to serve 572 students in grades 5-8 by the 2028-29 school year.
  • Success Academy Charter School – NYC 17 to be located in CSD 24, is chartered to serve 200 students in grades K-1, 5-6 and 9 for the 2026-27 school year. The school requests an enrollment revision to revert back to its originally approved enrollment serving 190 students in grades K-1 growing to serve 675 students in grades K-5 by its fifth year of operation.
  • Success Academy Charter School – Union Square, 40 Irving Place, New York, NY 10003 is chartered to serve 571 students in grades K-4 for the 2026-27 school year. The school requests an enrollment increase to serve 676 students in grade K-5 for the 2026-27 school year, the final year of the current charter term.
  • Success Academy Charter School – Washington Heights, located at 701 Fort Washington Avenue, New York NY 10040 in CSD 6, is chartered to serve 536 students in grades K-5 for the 2026-27 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requests an enrollment increase to serve 656 students in grades K-7 for the 2026-27 school year.
