Polite Avenue, Bronx, NY 10459 in CSD 12 and is currently chartered to serve 250 students in grades 9-12 through the 2026-27 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school currently contracts with New Visions for Public Schools, Inc., a New York not-for-profit corporation, to manage certain business and academic-related services. The school has requested to cease its relationship with New Visions for Public Schools, Inc., effective June 30, 2024, and transition all applicable responsibilities to The Urban Dove, Inc., a New York not-for-profit corporation. The request also asked to (1) change the education corporation and school name to “Urban Dove Team Charter School III;” (2) revise the enrollment to serve 150 students ages 15-21 for the 2024-25 school year and growing to serve 305 students ages 15-21 by the 2026-27 school year, and (3) move the location of the school to a private facility in CSD 24 (Queens).
