Success Academy Charter Schools – NYC, an education corporation operating more than one charter, seeks to renew its authority to operate the following charter school:

• • • • Success Academy Charter School – Bergen Beach is located at 1420 East 68^th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11234 and 3109 Newkirk Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11226 in Community School District 22 and chartered to serve 735 students in grades K-8 for the 2023-24 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school seeks a three year renewal of the charter commencing August 1, 2024 to align its charter with other schools under the education corporation. According to the renewal application, the school will expand to serve 1,103 students in grades K-8.

Brooklyn Prospect Charter School, an education corporation with the authority to operate more than one school, requests the following:

• • Brooklyn Prospect Charter School – CSD 15, to be located at 341 39^th Street, Brooklyn, New York 10463 in Community Schools District 15, is chartered to serve 55 students in kindergarten for the 2023-24 school year, the last year of the current charter term. The charter has requested an enrollment revision to serve 25 students in grade 5 for the 2023-24 school year.
