Boys Preparatory Charter School of New York, located at 192 East 151st Street, Bronx, NY 10451 and 1160 Beach Avenue, Bronx, NY 10472 in Community School District (“CSD”) 7 and 12, respectively, is chartered to serve 798 students in grades K-12 for the 2026-27 school year growing to serve 961 students in grades K-12 by the 2029-30 school year, the last year of the current charter term. The school requests a charter revision to serve 594 students in grades K-8 starting in the 2026-27 school year through the end of the current charter term.

East Harlem Scholars Academy Charter School, located at 2017 First Avenue, New York, NY 10029 and 2050 Second Avenue, New York, NY 10029 in Community School District (“CSD”) 4 is chartered to serve 1,127 students and 1,142 students in grades K-12 for the 2026-27 and 2027-28 school years, respectively. The school requests an enrollment revision to serve 458 students in grades 9-12 for the next two school years. The elementary and middle school students will be accommodated under East Harlem Scholars Academy Charter School II.
