Roosevelt Children’s Academy Charter School
First Notice – The SUNY Trustees received the following revision application:
Roosevelt Children’s Academy Charter School, located at 105 Pleasant Avenue, 200 West Centennial Avenue, and 111 Pleasant Avenue, Roosevelt, New York 11575 in the Roosevelt Union Free School District, is chartered to serve 960 students in grades K-8 through the 2029-30 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requests an enrollment revision to add a high school program starting with 60 students in 9th grade for the 2026-27 school year growing by one grade each school year to serve a total of 920 student in grades K-12 by the 2029-30 school year.
The SUNY Trustees, or their designees, the SUNY Charter Schools Committee, anticipate consideration of this application as early as January 22, 2026.
