Central Queens Academy Charter School

First Notice – The SUNY Trustees received the following revision application:

• Central Queens Academy Charter School, an education corporation with the authority to operate more than one school, requests the following revision:
  • Central Queens Academy Charter School, located at 88-14 Justice Avenue, Elmhurst, New York 11373 in Community School District (“CSD”) 24, is chartered to serve 900 students in grades K-8. The school requests an enrollment revision to serve 500 students in grades K-4.  The middle school students will be accommodated at Central Queens Academy Charter School II.

The SUNY Trustees, or their designees, the SUNY Charter Schools Committee, anticipate consideration of this application as early as April 7, 2026.
