Final Notice – The following charter revision has been approved by operation of law.
Amber Charter Schools, an education corporation with the authority to operate more than one school, requested the following enrollment revision:
- Amber Charter School East Harlem is located at 220 East 106th Street, New York, New York 10029 in CSD 4 and chartered to serve 525 students in grades K-5 through for the 2024-25 school year, the last year of the current charter term. The school requested an enrollment revision to add a middle school program starting in the 2024-25 school year, serving 410 students in grades K-6. The SUNY Trustees: 1) received the revision application on or about March 20, 2023, 2) approved the revision on October 12, 2023, and 3) the revision was approved by operation of law on or about February 20, 2024.
