Second Notice – The SUNY Trustees have approved the following charter revision.

Amber Charter Schools, an education corporation with the authority to operate more than one school, including:

• Amber Charter School East Harlem, located at 220 East 106^th Street, New York, New York 10029 in Community School District (“CSD”) 4, is chartered to serve 525 students in grades K-5 through for the 2024-25 school year, the last year of the current charter term.  The school requested an enrollment revision to add a middle school program starting in the 2024-25 school year serving 410 students in grades K-6. The SUNY Trustees: 1) received the revision application on or about March 20, 2023; and 2) approved the revisions on October 12,
