Brilla College Preparatory Charter Schools

Final Notice – The following charter revision has been approved by operation of law.

Brilla College Preparatory Charter Schools, an education corporation with the authority to operate more than one charter school, requested a revision to its overall admissions policy to add an at-risk preference for students whose school has closed in the previous school year or has announced closure within or after the current school year.  The SUNY Charter School Institute, as the SUNY Trustees’ designee:  1) received the revision application on or about October 30, 2024, 2) approved the revision application on December 10, 2024, and 3) the revision application was approved by operation of law on or about March 11, 2025.
