Capital Preparatory Harlem Charter School

First Notice – The SUNY Trustees have received the following revision application:

Capital Prep Charter Schools NY, an education corporation with the authority to operate more than one charter school, has requested the following enrollment revision:

• Capital Preparatory Harlem Charter School, located at 2041 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10035 in CSD 5, is chartered to serve 700 students in grades 6-12 for the 2023-24 school year through the 2025-26 school year, the last year of the current charter term.  The school requests an enrollment decrease to serve 203 students in grades 6-12 for the 2023-24 school year growing to serve 230 students in grades 6-12 by the 2025-26 school year.
