Elm Community Charter School

Final Notice – The following charter revision has been approved by operation of law.

Elm Community Charter School, located at 79-17 51st Street, Queens, NY 11373 in Community School District (“CSD”) 24, is currently chartered to serve 468 students in grades K-5 for the 2024-25 through 2027-28 school years. The school sought a revision to add a middle school program beginning in the 2026-27 school year serving 728 students in grades K-6 for the 2026-27 school year and growing to 840 students in grades K-7 for the 2027-28 school year. The SUNY Trustees: 1) received the revision application on or about October 18, 2024, 2) approved the revision application on February 13, 2025, and 3) the revision application was approved by operation of law on or about June 20, 2025.
