Legacy College Preparatory Charter School

Second Notice – The SUNY Trustees approved the following revision application.

• Legacy College Preparatory Charter School, located at 400 East 145th Street, Bronx, New York 10454 and 808 Cauldwell Avenue, Bronx, New York 10456 both in Community School District 7, is chartered to serve 811 students in grades 6-12 for the 2026-27 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requested an enrollment revision to add an elementary program starting in the 2026-27 school year with 100 students in grades K-1 for a total of 750 student in grades K-1 and 6-12 for the 2026-27 school year. The SUNY Trustees: 1) received the revision application on or about December 8, 2025, and 2) approved the revision application on March 3, 2026.
