First Notice – The SUNY Trustees have received the following revision request:
Success Academy Charter School – Harlem 6 is located at 461 West 131st Street, New York, NY 10027 in Community School District 5 and is chartered to serve 110 students in grades 4-5 for the 2023-24 school year growing to serve 340 students in grades 5-8 for the 2026-27 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requests an enrollment revision to serve 247 students in grades K-1 and 4 for the 2023-24 school year growing to serve 425 students in grades K-4 for the 2026-27 school year.
The SUNY Trustees, or their designees, the SUNY Charter Schools Committee, anticipate consideration of this request as soon as June 14, 2023.
