Final Notice – The following charter revisions have been approved by operation of law.

Success Academy Charter Schools – NYC, an education corporation with the authority to operate more than one charter school, requested the following enrollment revisions:

• Success Academy Charter School – NYC 5, located at 760 Gun Hill Road, Bronx, NY 10467 in CSD 11, is charted to serve 50 students in grade K for the 2024-2025 school year through 2028-29 school year, the last year of the current charter term. The school requested an enrollment increase to serve 120 students in grade K for the 2024-25 through 2028-29 school years.  The SUNY Charter Schools Institute, as the SUNY Trustees’ designee: 1) received the revision application on or about October 18, 2024, 2) approved the revision application on February 13, 2025, and 3) the revision application was approved by operation of law on or about June 6, 2025.
• Success Academy Charter School – Norwood (formerly known as Success Academy Charter School – Harlem 6), located at 268 East 207^Th Street, Bronx, NY 10467 in CSD 10, is charted to serve 275 students in grades K-2 for the 2024-25 school year growing to serve 425 students in grades K-4 for the 2026-27 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requested an enrollment revision to serve 431 students in grades K-2 for the 2024-2025 school year, growing to serve 633 students in grades K-4 by the 2026-27 school year.  The SUNY Charter Schools Institute, as the SUNY Trustees’ designee: 1) received the revision application on or about June 26, 2024, 2) approved the revision application on February 13, 2025, and 3) the revision application was approved by operation of law on or about June 6, 2025.
