Final Notice – The following charter revision has been approved by operation of law:

Zeta Charter Schools – New York City, an education corporation with the authority to operate more than one school, requested the following revision:

• Zeta Charter School – New York City 7, to be located in CSD 25, is chartered to serve 180 students in grades K-1 growing to serve 529 students in grades K-5 by the 2029-30 school year, the last year of the current charter term. The school requested an enrollment revision to serve 30 students in grades K for the 2025-26 school year growing to serve 448 students in grades K-4 by the 2029-30 school year due to facility availability. The SUNY Charter Schools Institute, as the SUNY Trustees’ designee: 1) received the revision application on or about April 15, 2025, 2) approved the revision application on June 26, 2025, and 3) the revision application was approved by operation of law on or about September 30, 2025.
