First Notice – The SUNY Trustees have received the following revision request:
Success Academy Charter School – Upper West is located 145 West 84th Street, New York, NY 10024 in Community School District (“CSD”) 3 and 439 West 49th Street, New York 10019 in CSD 2 and is chartered to serve 885 students in grades K-8 for the 2023-24 school year growing to serve 890 students in grades K-8 by the 2025-26 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requests an enrollment increase to serve 1, 234 students in grades K-8 for the 2023-24 school year and 1,190 students in grades K-8 by the 2025-26 school year.
The SUNY Trustees, or their designees, the SUNY Charter Schools Committee, anticipate consideration of this request as soon as June 14, 2023.
