First Notice – The SUNY Trustees have received the following revision application:
Amber Charter Schools, an education corporation with the authority to operate more than one charter school, has requested the following enrollment revision:
- Amber Charter School Inwood, located at 532 West 215th Street, New York, NY 10034 in CSD 6, is chartered to serve 370 students in grades K-4 for the 2023-24 school year growing to serve 780 students in grades K-7 by the 2025-26 school year, the last year of the current charter term. The school requests an enrollment decrease to serve 145 students in grades K-3 for the 2023-24 school year growing to serve 175 students in grades K-4 by the 2025-26 school year.
The SUNY Trustees, or their designees, the SUNY Charter Schools Committee, anticipate consideration of this application as early as May 8, 2024.
