Final Notice – The following charter renewal has been approved by operation of law.

• King Center Charter School is located at 156 Newburgh Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14211 in the Buffalo City School District and is chartered to serve 459 students in grades K-8. The school sought a five-year renewal of the charter commencing August 1, 2023. According to the renewal application, the school will continue to serve 459 students in grades K-8. The SUNY Trustees: 1) received the renewal application on or about August 15, 2022; 2) approved the renewal on March 15, 2023; and 3) the renewal was approved by operation of law on or about July 27, 2023.
