Final Notice – The following charter renewal has been approved by operation of law.

• Success Academy Charter School – Harlem 3 is located at 410 East 100th Street, New York, New York 10029, 141 East 111th Street, New York, New York 10029, and 111 East 33rd Street, New York, New York 10016 in Community School Districts 2 and 4 and is chartered to serve 760 students in grades K-8. The school sought a five-year renewal of the charter commencing August 1, 2023. According to the renewal application the school will serve 834 students in grades K-8. The SUNY Trustees: 1) received the renewal application on or about August 15, 2022; 2) approved the renewal on March 15, 2023; and 3) the renewal was approved by operation of law on or about July 27, 2023.
