Final Notice – The following charter renewal has been approved by operation of law.

• Success Academy Charter School – Union Square is located at 40 Irving Place, New York, New York 10003 and 500 West 41st Street, New York, New York 10018 in Community School District 2 and is chartered to serve 1,224 students in grades K-8. The school sought a five-year renewal of the charter commencing August 1, 2023. According to the renewal application the school will serve 1,025 students in grades K-8.  The SUNY Trustees: 1) received the renewal application on or about August 15, 2022; 2) approved the renewal on March 15, 2023; and 3) the renewal was approved by operation of law on or about July 27, 2023.
