First Notice – The SUNY Trustees, in the capacity as a charter authorizer, have received the following renewal application:

University Prep Charter High School is located at 600 Saint Ann’s Avenue, Bronx, New York 10455 in Community School District 7 and chartered to serve 430 students in grades 9-12. The school seeks a one year renewal of the charter commencing August 1, 2023 to align its charter with other schools under the education corporation. According to the renewal application the school will serve 450 students in grades 9-12.

The SUNY Trustees, or their designees, the SUNY Charter Schools Committee, anticipate consideration of this application as soon as November 1, 2022.  The Institute would welcome any comments you might wish to provide.
