Success Academy Charter School – Bronx 5 Upper, located at 604 East 139th Street, Bronx, NY 10454 in CSD 7, is chartered to serve 270 students in grades 3-6 for the 2025-26 school year growing to serve 525 students in grades K-6 for the 2026-27 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requested an enrollment revision to serve 119 students in grades 3-5 for the 2025-26 school year and 206 students in grades K-4 for the 2026-27 school year.
Success Academy Charter School – Hell’s Kitchen, located at 439 West 49th Street, New York, NY 10019 in CSD 2, is chartered to serve 399 students in grades K-4 for the 2025-26 through 2026-27 school years. The school requested an enrollment increase to serve 1,197 students in grades K-8 for the 2025-26 through 2026-27 school years accommodating the middle school from Success Academy Charter School – Upper West.
Success Academy Charter School – Hudson Yards, located at 500 West 41st Street, New York, NY 10036 in CSD 2, is chartered to serve 467 and 464 students in grades K-4 for the 2025-26 and 2026-27 school years, respectively. The school requested an enrollment increase to serve 831 and 828 students in grades K-8 for the 2025-26 and 2026-27 school years, respectively accommodating the middle school from Success Academy Charter School – Union Square.
Success Academy Charter School – NYC 6, located at 760 East Gun Hill Road, Bronx, NY 10467 in CSD 11, is currently chartered to serve 93 students in grades 1-2 for the 2025-26 school year and growing to serve 236 students in grades 1-4 by the 2028-29 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requested an enrollment increase to serve 248 and 159 students in grades 1-3 for the 2025-26 through 2026-27 school year, respectively.
Success Academy Charter School – NYC 7, located at 124 Eames Place, Bronx, NY 10468 in CSD 10, is chartered to serve 145 students in grades K-2 for the 2025-26 school year growing to serve 280 students in grades K-4 by the 2028-29 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requested an enrollment increase to serve 201 and 208 students in grades K-3 for the 2025-26 and 2026-27 school years, respectively.
Success Academy Charter School – NYC 12, located at 2169 Blackrock Avenue, Bronx, NY 10472 in CSD 8, is chartered to serve 146 students in grades 5-6 for the 2025-26 school year growing to serve 292 students in grades 5-8 for the 2028-29 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requested an enrollment increase to serve 198 students in grades 5-6 for the 2025-26 school year growing to serve 219 students in grades 5-7 for the 2026-27 school year.
Success Academy Charter School – NYC 14, located at 109-55 128th Street, Queens, NY 11420 in CSD 28, is chartered to serve 176 students in grade 5 for the 2025-26 through 2028-29 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requested an enrollment revision to serve 50 students in grade 5 for the 2025-26 school year growing to serve 270 students in grades 5-6 for the 2026-27 school year.
Success Academy Charter School – NYC 17 to be located in CSD 24 is chartered to serve 190 students in grades K-1 in the 2026-27 school year growing to serve 675 students in grades K-5 by the 2030-31 school year, the last year of the current charter term. The school requested an enrollment increase to serve 200 students in grades K-1, 5-6 and 9 for the 2026-27 growing to serve 810 students in grades K-12 by the 2028-29 school year.
Success Academy Charter School – Rosedale, located at 147-65 249th Street, Queens, NY 11422 and 109-55 128th Street, Queens, NY 11420 in CSD 29 and 28, respectively, is chartered to serve 1,124 students in grades K-4 and 6-8 for the 2025-26 through 2026-27 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requested an enrollment revision to serve 1,334 and 1,351 students in grades K-8 for the 2025-26 and 2026-27 school years, respectively.
Success Academy Charter School – Sheepshead Bay, located at 3000 Avenue X, Brooklyn, NY 11235 in CSD 22, is chartered to serve 424 students in grades K-3 for the 2025-26 school year growing to serve 538 students in grades K-4 by the 2026-27 school year. The school requested an enrollment revision to serve 327 students in grades K-3 for the 2025-26 school year growing to serve 538 students in grades K-4 for the 2026-27.
Success Academy Charter School – Union Square, located 40 Irving Place, New York, NY 10003 and 500 West 41st Street, New York, NY 10018 in CSD 2, is chartered to serve 1,025 students in grades K-8 for the 2025-26 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requested an enrollment revision to serve 571 students in grades K-4 for the 2025-26 through 2026-27 school years. The middle school will move to the charter of Success Academy Charter School – Hudson Yards.
Success Academy Charter School – Upper West, located at 145 West 84th Street, New York, NY 10024 and 439 West 49th Street, New York, NY 10019 in CSDs 3 and 2, respectively, is chartered to serve 1,190 students in grades K-8 for the 2025-26 school year. The school requested an enrollment decrease to serve 264 students in grades K-4 for the 2025-26 school year. The middle school students will be moved to the charter of Success Academy Charter School – Hell’s Kitchen.
