Second Notice – The SUNY Trustees have approved the following charter revision.

Truxton Charter School is located at 6337 Academy Street, Truxton, New York, and charted to serve 138 students in grades K-6 for the school year 2023-24. The SUNY Trustees approved a three-year renewal of the charter commencing August 1, 2024. According to the renewal, the school will serve 120 students in grades K-6. The SUNY Trustees: 1) received the renewal applications on or about August 15, 2023, and 2) approved the renewal on January 30, 2024.
