First Notice – The SUNY Trustees have received the following revision request:

Success Academy Charter School – Harlem 6 is located at 461 West 131^st Street, New York, NY 10027 in Community School District 5 and is chartered to serve 110 students in grades 4-5 for the 2023-24 school year growing to serve 340 students in grades 5-8 for the 2026-27 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requests an enrollment revision to serve 247 students in grades K-1 and 4 for the 2023-24 school year growing to serve 425 students in grades K-4 for the 2026-27 school year.

The SUNY Trustees, or their designees, the SUNY Charter Schools Committee, anticipate consideration of this request as soon as June 14, 2023.  The Institute welcomes any comments you may wish to provide. The school requests an enrollment increase to serve 1,033 students in grades K-8 for the 2023-24 school year and 1,065 students in grades K-8 for the 2024-25 school year.

The school requests an enrollment decrease to serve 311 students in grades K-4 for the 2023-24 school year growing to serve 333 students in grades K-4 by the 2026-27 school year.

Success Academy Charter School – Harlem 1 is located at 34 West 118^th Street, New York, NY 10026, 215 West 114^th Street, New York, NY 10026, both in Community School District (“CSD”) 3, and 111 East 33^rd Street, New York 10016 in CSD 2 and is chartered to serve 2,095 students in grades K-12 for the 2023-24 school year growing to serve 2,375 students in grades K-12 by the 2025-26 school year, the final year of the current charter term. The school requests an enrollment decrease to serve 1,795 students in grades K-12 for the 2023-24 school year growing to serve 1,807 students in grades K-12 by the 2025-26 school year.
